VISIT (TuPa) CHIEF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC COMPLAINTS BUREAU TO JALAN BAKRI, KAMPUNG JALAN KEBUN WHICH IS A FLOOD LOCATION
On 5 December 2023 (Tuesday), located at Jalan Bakri, Kampung Jalan Kebun Shah Alam, a field visit by the Director General of the Public Complaints Bureau, YBhg. Datuk Seri Hajah Rosida binti Jaffar together with the top management of BPA Headquarters held a field trip program (TuPa) to Jalan Bakri, Kampung Jalan Kebun, Shah Alam which is the location of the flood incident complaint.
A discussion session was also held at the location involving the presence of agency representatives from the Selangor State Public Works Department (JKR), the Selangor State Irrigation and Drainage Department (JPS), the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA), the Klang District and Land Office, the Chairman of the Management Council Village Community (MPKK) Village Jalan Kebun, InfraSel Sdn. Bhd., the complainant and representative of the villagers.
JPS State Selangor was represented by the Deputy Director of Operations, Ir. Louis Ho Yeng Gee and Head of Corporate Development Division, Ms. Nurul Ashikin binti Sapia'i and Klang District DPS Engineer Ir. Ahmad Fauzan bin Mohd Sabri.
The response and explanation of the Selangor State DPS regarding the action plan to overcome the flood problems faced by the representatives of the village residents has been carried out harmoniously and effectively with other agencies.
